Students may possess and self-apply federal FDA-regulated over-the-counter sunscreen at school and for school-based events.
If any student, parent, or guardian is requesting that a school board employee apply sunscreen to a student, a Parent Prescriber Authorization Form (PPA) containing a parent or guardian signature and a physician signature will be required.
