Mr. Hobbs brings extensive experience in educational leadership, school administration, instructional leadership, teacher development, student support, and school improvement. His career includes service as a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, classroom teacher, athletic director, and administrator in alternative and virtual learning settings.

Mr. Hobbs has served as Assistant Principal, providing instructional and administrative leadership focused on student achievement, effective teaching, positive school culture, and daily school operations. In this role, he supports teachers through classroom observations, feedback, instructional coaching, and professional learning.

Mr. Hobbs also brings 10 years of previous experience as a school principal, during which he led instructional programming, managed school finances and budgets, ensured compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and provided professional growth opportunities for staff.

A graduate of The University of Alabama, Mr. Hobbs holds an Education Specialist degree and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education–Social Science. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at The University of Alabama, with an anticipated completion date of 2027.

His leadership background includes professional training in literacy leadership, the Alabama Teacher Observation Tool (ATOT), Professional Learning Communities, MTSS/RTI, and continuous improvement.
